MHC Ligand

The MHC Ligand Data were classified to two groups:
1. MHC binding peptides, including the peptide with MHC-peptide binding ability that was detected using the qualitative or quantitative expeiments;
2. MHC presenting peptides (or immunopeptidome), where the MHC-peptide complexes were captured from cells in specific tissues with/without a specific disease by the anti-MHC Abs and the peptide sequences were identified by MS/MS method.
